This edition of the Critique of Political Economy, directed primarily at the Arab reader in Europe, is issued in an atmosphere dominated by the cyclical economic crisis of contemporary capitalism. As soon as the world recovered relatively from the crushing epidemic, a severe crisis took root in every direction; Neither the backward parts nor the advanced parts were spared from it, not even the United States of America, which is always accustomed to profit and always emerge victorious.
The crisis declared itself clearly, especially in the backward parts of the global capitalist system, in its two traditional contemporary forms: the energy crisis and the monetary crisis, and what is necessarily related to them in terms of consequential and accompanying crises: such as the deepening of the food crisis, the strong collapse of the debt trap, and the hysterical rise in financial resources. Prices, and the steady increase in the numbers of people below the poverty line, with a clear imbalance in all macroeconomic indicators (national product and income, inflation rates, internal and external debt, poverty and unemployment rates, … etc.).
In the developed parts, especially in Western Europe, the well-being of daily life has become at stake with the wars of influence taking place in Eastern Europe, which violently shook the pillars of social life, and partially paralyzed economic activity. Unbridled, chaotic collapse in the value of the currency, anticipation prevailing in the financial markets, and conflicting financial policies that resulted in the resignation of prime ministers!
