Criticism of political economy
In light of this atmosphere, there is an urgent need for social science that is able to explain the crisis in order to overcome it. The science that possesses the intellectual tools that enable us to understand the crisis structurally, the crisis that always expresses itself in the form of cyclical crises: stagnation, boom, prosperity, overproduction, collapse, stagnation,…etc. This science is the science of political economy, which was re-presented here, after its criticism, as a social science that possesses those intellectual tools that help us in order to critically understand what is happening on the global level, opening wide horizons for us to work in order to overcome the natural crises of the contemporary capitalist system, or at least An estimate that allows a way out of those crises with the least possible losses.
